Could you explain about off market transfer that recently NSDL mailed as a revised process. First explain on off market transfer, how to do that, pros and cons, and what is the revised process.

The sheet itself says that Groww has very less number of issues when compared to Zerodha. I believe you took the total or active users to place them.
