How to Ask Google to Recrawl URLs of Your WordPress Site

Great video covering content not seen elsewhere. Is it possible change the image that Google uses alongside the organic search results? It's taking one from my website that isn't the best to use out of that context. TIA.

I do wonder if I temporarily change the photo it's taking, ask for the site to be re-indexed and send a sitemap again, if that will achieve the outcome I want. Then switch back to the original image on the website.

I submitted my sitemap yesterday and that looks good but when I go to inspect URL and type in my web address it says: URL Not in Property What does this mean? I'm typing in my homepage main address and wanted to be indexed because I just updated my keywords and metadata. I would like me entire site to be re-crawled. Why does this not work? Also yesterday I was showing up #2 on google is you searched zoom cooking classes now I don't exist on google at all. Any help would be so appreciated! Thank you
