I believe moisturizer is necessary, regardless of the environment & the weather. Gwyneth is missing a key component from her skincare regimen. Funny how she makes it a priority to exfoliate everyday, but not moisturize 😃

For someone who actually sells and promotes skincare products, she's shockingly undereducated about the basic principles of skincare 😱 Why on earth would you put oil _ which is occlusive _ right after exfoliation, and then put moisturizing cream on top of the oil ?!

She's over exfoliating which is harmful, and does a lot of things in the wrong order. And don't get me started on her ignorant and harmful advice on sunscreens. She dabs it on like highlighter and not in accordance with expert recommendations. She's just selling her awful products and is anti-science anyway.

I like it better when it goes without makeup because it feels closer, more familiar. I particularly love her as a person, when she smiles I feel like she looks so honest, like a grandmother, a mother, a granddaughter or a sister when she smiles I smiled 💕✨

I have watched so many absolutely ridiculous celebrity skin care routine videos and this is the only one that has people bitching in the comments.

How sick is she she has to do all this "detoxing"? Oh my God I'm so filthy rich my skin needs a facial every night...she still has lines and bags under her eyes like everybody else her age.

As a 40 year old someone with problematic skin (simultaneously prone to acne and dehydrated, wonderful combo), I made the most wonderful discovery lately: the less you do to your skin, the better. My skin was never better than during quarantine, when I sometimes even forgot even washing it. Wash it with a gente product, apply a cheap simple moisturizer, done. Washing and exfoliating in 1.000 ways and layering products afterwards unbalances the skin and makes everything worse.

Barbara Sturm is about as much of a doctor as Dr.Phil. Her products are overpriced cultish crap for celebrities.

According to the morning skincare regimen she did with Vogue, she allegedly also uses “good glow Microderm exfoliant” in the morning too. I’m honestly surprised she has enough skin left on her face to be dry! Especially when she did nothing to actually hydrate, and just slapped on oil. Or, she’s lyinggggg….

She said Dr Strum? I thought it was Dr STURM. Very different. It's written clearly on the products. That was such a cringey moment.
