He was not innocent or framed. It was clear that he made many decisions to allow his possession. He consented to it.

My faith is strong and is getting stronger by the day. As a 19 year old male, who’s been in the church since a baby, I’ve chosen to serve my God. I will admit when you’re young it’s kind of like you go to Church because you’re parents tell you too and you learn about your God yes but you don’t really know what it means to devote yourself to him to you get around the age of 18 or 19. I know some have felt that way and some have not. I felt for a while some doubt until I had a realization and started to form a connection, and now as a being of free-will granted to me by my creator, i shall serve him and do what his will commands till the day I leave the kingdom of Earth and go to the Kingdom of Heaven where I shall live eternally with my creator, God, and his son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I want to be a faithful servant and a warrior for Christ for when God call’s upon his servants to fight evil I shall speak “Here I am Lord… send me!”

Imagine being in Edwards shoes, an nonbeliever in Christ, God our Father, and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You live your life doing sin here, sin there, a little more sin over here. But you can feel another presence, one you’ve always mostly ignored but now it’s stronger, that sudden realization that evil exists, that evil has taken ahold of you. The realization where you’re at the end already that everything was real, Hell exists, evil exists, Heaven exists and God exists but you’re fate is sealed because the world has become desensitized and now those other nonbelievers you surrounded yourself with cannot save you, nor would believe you, yet they are the same ones sending you to eternal emanation. This is the equivalent to screaming for you life but no one can hear you.

This is why I pray and hope that those who may not believe now will believe sooner than later. You don’t want to reach the end of your life knowing it all wasn’t a lie but since you were blinded to the truth you are now eternally damned to live out the rest of your days with pure, malicious, evil. As someone who's researched electric chair deaths and witnessed 2 in my life it's pretty much impossible for someone to survive a "hit" the sheer amount of electricity running through a body can crush a teeth and gooify the brain, also the 2 I witnessed (one in '96 and the '02) they always cover the face.
