I have an iPad mini 2, and want to upgrade it to iOS15, but think it probably will not work as I noticed iPad mini 4's IPSW has a TouchID wording. I think the iOS15 firmware is expecting Touch ID hardware and will not work without it.

There is something wrong with the iphone 4 ipsw update I tried to download, because in buildmanifest, there is no "RequiredCapacity" item, and I believe I got the whole thing screwed up because of this. Can someone help upgrading my iphone 4s to IOS 12+ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi, I'm trying to update an iPad 4 to iPad Air (iOS 10.3.4 to iOS 12.5.7) but it gives me an error at 3% "ERROR: Failed to extract BuildManifest.plist, firmware could be damaged". Can you help me find the solution for this error? I followed the steps on the video.

You really don't have to this shit IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER APPLE DEVICE such as higher version of iphone, ipad or mac.
You can try ths method with your device or your friend's device.
The most reason you try this shit is for download apps, but the old ipad doesn't support higher ios version.
There is an easy way to avoid low version blocking.
Step 1. Purchase the app you want in your iphone, imac.
Step 2. Log in the same account in the old ipad.
Step 3. Go to istore - Account - Purchased - Click to re-download the app you want - Proceed ignoring the version notice.
Step 4. That's it and thanks to me.
