Jokes aside, scheduling your day can be complicated if you don’t know what to schedule. You don’t want to over schedule becuase you know well that your day won’t ever go like that, we’re not perfect so give yourself some time. You also don’t want to under schedule for the total opposite reason, you may do less than what you were originally planning on doing that day. Here’s some things I would schedule:
-Appointments & Meetings
-Birthdays & Anniversaries
-Classes / Work
-Lunch & Breaks
-Workouts
-Side gigs
-Commuting time (optional)
-Hangouts w/friends / family

Time blocking is optional but personally for me, I’d rather not. It makes my calendar look that little bit messier. You also don’t need to schedule your free time when there will always be space and time left on your schedule for yourself. 👍 🗓️

How to add color-coded labels? I can't find how on my calendar:( it only has my acc, birthday, reminders, and tasks labels
