ОтветитьRecipe is awesome.. I would like to add one suggestion. While grinding the masala, you can add little green peas that u had boiled and then grind it.
This will add more taste.

ОтветитьI have seen folks add soaked badam and/or soaked cashews when creating the masala liquid. I think that might give a richness, nuttiness and sweetness to the masala
ОтветитьSir i made this sometime back , i lt turned out delicious , thank you soooooo much for the recepie, you are not only a great chef but also a smart chef, I added aloo and peas together in the masal and left it to boil , poora pista paste hogaya 😂hahaha , that's why you kept peas seperate ,and aloo wala seperate. Hats off sir. But this is delicious ..

Coming to this recipe, its absolutely appetizing, exactly how we get here. U can use some cooked peas while grinding for thick consistency. Also, while assembling, no need of too much peas. My most favorite chat ever is masalpuri. Thanks for sharing.
