Hey , good video i just wanted to say if you've got seele's light cone you still want atk% boots as seele gets speed with her skills you're already almost at max stacks on the light cone and getting any more speed causes on dmg loss instead of dmg increese , seele already reaches 145 speed with her skill being used since she's the fastesst character in the game and skill gives 25% of your BASE speed that doesnt increese or decreese with having more speed , so in the ideal scenario you want your seele to hit 120 speed and with skill thats gonna get her upto 150 speed and getting anymore speed causes on damage loss

A lot of people are calling her "mid" now but I am not convinced that's the case. Mostly because I am biased haha... After all, she is my favorite DPS. I just like the fast-and-furious playstyle of the Hunt Path. Immediate front-loaded damage has always been convenient to me and high SPD allows me to take control of the battlefield. This is especially true for Seele coz she can take extra action.
I got her E3 just the other day. I've been lucky to get her E2S1 since her release.
I have Jingliu E1S1 and Dan Heng IL E0S1. I'd say they are about the same coz those two have downtime on their strongest damage output.
Prydwen once claimed that Dan Heng IL power crept her in single target damage but Mr. Pokke and other TCs are now saying that she still has the highest single target damage currently.

unfortunately i am terribly out of focus but those are the risks of doing new things with your lights off in a dark room
