These two sound like two sexist macho pigs saying that Joe chose quantity over quality. That Bravo should permit this sexism and play it as funny is disgusting.

Aesha is not as nice as she tries to make out. The fact she allowed one of her staff members to bully another says a lot. You are no "leader" Aesha. "Leaders" aren't just those who are designated as such. You are awful.

Bri already started spiraling when Ellie gave her training, she clearly needed it. She was so bitter and insecure about someone telling her what to do. Ellie messed up with the dating competition but it’s also clear Bri wanted to compete with her. Aesha shouldn’t have ranks and should have taken charge.

Bri was completely under qualified for the job but she twisted her lack of skill set into a victim mentality all season. She could not managed laundry which was incredibly basic. I’m shocked everyone is against Ellie but her work ethic was much higher and she actually has a skill set. Were mistakes made by both, yes, but Ellie actually had the basic skills to do the job whereas Bri was super good at whining constantly. Bri also involved the entire staff in the drama where Ellie just kept working. Bri should have been fired.

I think that bri is the one in the right and Elle is toxic but she just doesn’t know how to properly express her emotions or concerns. The delivery needs work.

Aesha is NOT a good/ effective leader. Being a no solution leader is not a leader. As a viewer even I thought about the cabin swap at least 3 episodes ago. Immediately after the 1st charter & Bri was showing such high incompetence Aesha should have started doing cabins w/ Bri to train & supervise. Aesha failed to take an active role in training & management.

Hi guys, so Gael is innocent. Pretty much. Last time you all said she was cheating. Nope. Mind you Joe and Nathan are they men? Or just teenagers? Boys will be boys is not an excuse for their behavior. Joe wanting to get into bed with people. Nathan's obsession with Gael. Kind of a toxic dynamic going on there. Guess Bravo needed some drama to happen, getting a pair of lug heads who, yes, are good at their jobs but will cause drama. Ox in the hen house type of drama. Seriously. You are there to do a job, not chase your co-workers.

Gael is an innocent party. You might say "no, no one can possibly be that naive. Not understand". Aussies are a different breed and unlike some, Gael and others like her, see the good in people. Even if their intentions are dishonorable. The whole will they, won't they, is just TV drama. Adverts pushing a narrative that is not there.

What I hope Gael does is shoot down Nathan. Everybody shoots down Joe. Friend-zone the pair and there will be a happy boat. Slap 'em with a sidewinder.

Have to give Aesha her due. Disciplining an adult is super hard to do. It's a barrier, a threshold that you cross. I am now the boss, and you must listen to me. It is very hard. However, Aesha is still new as a chief stew and at the very least Bravo has a large cast of current and former chief stews who can provide advice or just support.

Ellie is out of line. She was lying and being a bully! I hope she never comes back. The chief stew did not handle the girls properly. She should have kept Ellie out of laundry all together and then properly trained Bri in the laundry. Problem solved!!

I am so disappointed in this woman, she can see how nasty she’s been, she is literally seeing and offered multiple different perspectives and she is saying that this young girl is manipulating your co-workers by reacting to a very stressful job, while being filmed and having YOU bullying her 24/7. Ellie, you perceive things the way you do because that is how YOU think and behave. The gaslighting and narcissism is so disappointing.

Aisha failed, she knew Bri was struggling with the laundry and Bri asked her to let her do it alone, she said no then later said she had an idea and did it, she knew Elle couldn’t mix a drink but kept giving her the task, she did nothing to analyse what was going on and change things to find out, she knew Elle should have don’t the cabins first but still couldn’t see what Elle was doing to Bri, Elle outwitted her and got away with bullying Bri constantly, as for her criticising Bri, pfft telling guests she takes pictures of her shit, disgusting creature.
