I come back to this video almost yearly and nothing gets me like Burden or the last monster you talk to in the game, constantly feeling like I am carrying the world on my shoulders and not having a day to rest from it. On top of that the monster before going to the door just hits me deeply, “What are you doing Jonas? Why is it so dark?” just feels like the me in my mind trying to figure out why I keep going back into my depression and it hurts. I’m glad I saw this video when Mark posted it because without it I wouldn’t have this resource to relate to.

i have cptsd from neglect and emotional abuse. the trauma has warped and changed who i am over the course of, well, life. finding the light, forgiving yourself for things out of control, trying to love yourself again, its so hard. its been almost 3 years and its the most difficult thing ive ever tried to do. but im not giving up. as long as youre alive there's still time to find the light, to be happy, to heal. keep fighting, because youre worth it.

This game play randomly showed up in my recommended, and I'm glad it did... I have struggled with grief for a long time and even if it's something that I don't talk about fully very often... I realize that it's sometimes harder to deal with it than others... it's always a process... but you are right Mark... the way that you deal with grief shapes who you are and who you become. I do my best to try and make myself a better person than I was yesterday. This helped me realize that I'm not alone... Thank you
