The problem I am having with my K51 phone is over a period of time but BT earbuds won't disconnect or the phone won't acknowledge them disconnected. What happens is if I get a call, and try to manually answer w/o a headset in, the person calling can't hear me and hangs up. Each time I get a call, I have to stop what I am doing and fumble around with my earbuds and hope they get connected before the person hangs up. I am trying to find a fix for this. I have bought several earbuds and I believe its a setting in the phone somewhere.

2 weeks ago I did a factory reset of my Galaxy S7, thinking it could improve performance, much like a clean install on a PC. But since then bluetooth never works! It scans and detects tons of things, but gets stuck on "getting device name", instead showing a bunch of numbers, and it can't connect to anything. Losing my mind over this!

Resetting network, safe mode and clearing cache so far hasn't helped. What am I missing?!

Tried that didn't work. Rebooted phone 20 times. Unpaired and repaired in excess of 50 times using headphones and a pair of earbuds friend gave me.
Absolutely nothing works.
Either I get cant find.
Or just as bad it connects but plays through headphones and phone. Or connects but no sound to headphone

Well I tried everything and I don't think that there's any excuse for these fucking assholes to be selling shit based upon something that's supposed to do that's so great but yet it doesn't do it you know they need to work out the reasons why this crap doesn't work in the first place I'll go ahead and use the damn cable because everything else is just way too much of a pain in the rectum! They really should have done a hell of a lot more troubleshooting and made damn sure that these damn speakers pair with these fucking phones there is no excuse for this!!
