Ok how would we change the spots on the leopard and not just the background?

I also do not get the colors boxes next to the "Edit Image" words as shown in your example. Where are these "colors boxes", please?

I’m not having the color blocks pop up when I click on the image (nothing shows up next to Edit Image). How do I fix that?
