Scream 6 is coming out can't wait for it to come out Plus we might have a 7 and a 8 movie coming out on scream movie if we don't know who's the killer in-stream 6 they might put something out

I loved Scream 5. I felt like it was a great tribute for fans of the first while reintroducing the franchise to new fans. But I'm SO excited about Scream 6!!! I used to love Scream 4 but on recent rewatch it went down A LOT in my estimation.
Also, I loved the shotgun scene and the return of Kirby. Two things that fans hypothesised about on Reddit after the 5th movie came out. So I love that Radio Silence are obviously reading the internet to see what excites fans the most. So I am very confident that this movie will tick the right boxes.

Why does every Scream movie need to revolve around Sydney? This trailer looks great!

I have ZERO interest in Sidney being in this movie.. I know people keep going on about Sidney Sidney Sidney.. but what do you want to do with HER!!! She's already been in 5 films and not die.. other then killing her off what do you physically want to see on screen with her???? Same goes for Dewey.. yes sad for him to die off.. but his character wasn't with Gale.. he was sad.. no longer a cop.. other then have him just do the same in another 5 movies there's not much left to do. As for Kirby again not sure of the interest here.. you can only do one of two things with her.. 1. She's the killer... 2. She dies quickly.. and based on the fact she's only shown in the scene at the shrine and then missing I'd assume she bites the dust quickly or is the killer..

I Agree Scream 5 wasn't great. It was good but I feel like they could have taken somethings further. But its been one of the most consistent horror franchises in my opinion. Also Nice Stephen king collection btw, I recommend the short story 1922 its fantastic. Its the first story of four in his book "Full Dark, No Stars".

I hope Samara’s character isn’t the opening kill, was really looking forward to her role in this movie. She would make a great red herring since so many people have been predicting that she’ll be the killer. I personally liked Scream 5 so I have faith in radio silence!

The only thing i want to say is we dont see in the trailer Samara Weaving and Anya Taylor Joy so or the probably be a sort of cameo or are gonna be somethings big, considerly how both actress are for me Queen of Horror this Movie Will be something very big 🖤

Also… hopefully, they don’t ruin Kirby’s character like they did with Judy! In Scream 4 Judy was the comic relief and in Scream 5 they changed her personality completely! And killer her.

This trailer is insane! I still think the first two in the series are the best two, but this trailer could make me bump one of those off, or make it my third favorite. I thought five dropped the ball (Dewey Death + Amber killing most didn’t seem believable) also, but four had some downer parts as well. I think the first two are classics (with exception of killing off Randy) 😱

The killers are subredditors/movie fans, whorshipping Ghostface, who met Amber and Richie on reddit, continuing what Amber and Richie started. Just to play games with the survivors. This is not someone they personally know, atleast thats what i'm thinking. It's just a theory. Also i don't mind that Sidney is not in this movie. Legacy's come and go. Sure she will forever be the final girl. But Like Amber said: " Time to pass the torch "

It's a solid trailer but I'm not getting hyped for this after Scream 5 or 5CREAM. I had such high expectations going into that with the guys from Ready Or Not taking over but knew they would kill off one of the main three and they did in the dumbest way.

Right when this was announced I predicted that they would kill off Gale since Dewey was obvious for 5 and I hope I'm wrong. It's also rumored that Neve didn't want to do this because they wanted to kill off Sid in the opening scene which would have pissed so many people off.

The mask looks cool but I'm not a fan of the new group of kids and they had the chance to replace them with it being in NYC. The Ghostface museum thing is also the direction I really did not like about 5. It's turning the Scream movies into a spectacle where someone is collecting everything down to the Ghostface costumes. One of the main reasons I did not like 5, was because Sidney and Gale did not feel like Sidney and Gale. It was like watching Neve Campbell and Courtney Cox and the in world universe of Scream had seen everything that we the audience has. Almost as if someone asked the actors to recite lines at a Comic Con. Someone being so obsessed with the Stab films to collect that stuff could happen but it almost comes off like the directors making a shrine to those movies. The best way I could describe this is comparable to the way the surviving characters described the events of Halloween at the bar in the opening of Halloween Kills. I wasn't a fan of Billys ghost in 5 either.

Samara Weaving will probably be the opening kill but it's such a missed opportunity to not let her take over as a new character who replaces Sidney and let this move away from her. Both Samara Weaving and Anya Joy Taylor have that spunk that Neve Campbell had and they were better choices to keep this series going.

I hope this one has a believable Ghostface. I love the voice but the number one thing that took me out of Scream 5 was I could not buy either of those characters making those phone calls. Jack Quaid played the same character from The Boys. He wasn't Ghostface. There was no one like Micky where you could picture him as that iconic voice and having the body type to overpower other characters.

It's fun to see Kirby back but by doing so they are opening the door for Stu to return even though he had a TV dropped on his head.

We'll see but anytime a series makes the location the main selling point, they are usually running out of ideas.

Me: how many times has Dewey been stabbed in the series. If he didn't get killed by ghostface the internal bleeding and internal damage will. And I'm hoping Randy is the killer bc his death in part two was lazy imo and he is the one to be obsessed with ghostface tbh. And at least unlike Jason takes Manhattan, this hopefully will be filmed in actually New York, and not Canada lol
