How to code a DISCORD BOT - BAN COMMAND - Discord.js v14 2022

it says that argument.slice(...).join is not a function

it's saying that the longest line of code (the first line) is undefined and the command doesn't work. I am using slash commands though so I don't know if that makes a difference, but I previously had a register-commands.js file which was where I could figure out if my commands were proper or not. I registered the commands and the slash command popped up in the command section for my bot with all of the other commands. it showed up as a slash command but when I typed it, it said "Application did not respond" and the app crashed. It said that the code I previously talked about was undefined. Any help?

does not send the dm message to the banned user, even when their dms are on it says in console that their dms are off

after writing the ban command the bot sends 2 messages for every time I write my ban command.
