ОтветитьMy Great Grandfather worked at the US mint in the 1950's and he would regularly steal at least $100 per day by hiding silver coins in a special metal sleeve he hid up his derriere. They caught him when he farted and a quarter rolled out his pants.
Ответитьim asking this here because there is no united states of America coin making forum ?? what is the so called "grease" errors on coins is it actual chemical grease, a combination of biological and chemical grease, is it animal parts like spiders and flies and ants and roaches does anybody have the exact answer not a probably answer i have a coin with a deep groove in it and everybody is saying "PMD", could not grease damage not be just plain old mint damage any help would be great
