First Day Trying Grubhub | How Much I Made $$

I'm sure you know by now, besides scheduling a block, you need to park in an area with a collection of fast food outlets and restaurants to maximize your chances of an order. I know you said you don't like to park and just wait. In that case, the local mall is often a good location. You can window shop till an order comes in. Just window shop or you could spend what you earn by the end of the day. Lol

This company is trash the only time I got over $100 a day is because I spent 10+ hours working.

Honestly if you're still taking orders if you go home, I think you're good to count those miles. You're still working and looking for trips

Hey, so that Jack in the box order….since it was $7.37….and you’re in Vegas (State Tax Free)….that means that the order was only $7.37 w/no additional taxes etc…correct? 🤔

“Other” earning is usually if customer cancels the order they reimburse for that/ store close and etc.

GrubHub is dreadful now

Factoring Insurance, Accidents, Depreciation, Fuel Cost, then Wages, Taxes, not having to Pay Insurance or Benefits, these Companies are paying something close to $2 per Hour, if that..... Not bad... At the End of the Day, You might be able to Afford a KFC Bucket?

Is the order total they display on the driver’s phone, what that order will payout if you take it - or the total the customer spent on food? I dont think ive ever placed a delivery order for $7 worth of food. Not sure thats even possible to do these days.

Grubhub are thieves, who don't care
whose money they take for their orders.
No security to make sure that the money
paid by customers has not been taken
or stolen from other people's cards.
I do not just randomly give out my card
information to whoever. I'm very careful with it, yet three purchases using Grubhub
were made with my card info/my money
in the space of an hour, even though
I'd never even used them or ever had
any kind of account. Grubhub did nothing
to even try to correct or rectify this.
I was not even contacted by them
about a possible mistake. I had to
call them on several occasions to
even get their attention about this.

I also called the card issuer & went through
all the proper procedures to get these
purchases disqualified, but, after several
weeks of waiting, was notified by them
that they were legitimate, that I authorized
them, when I'd never done any such thing.
I've still failed to get any further results
from Grubhub about these purchases
(totaling over $100), except to give me
a first name of the perpetrator
& a street name in Brooklyn, NY.
(I'm in Manhattan). Until recently,
I'd never heard any ads for Grubhub
on the radio & now, they're suddenly
all over the, dial. Needless to say,
I have a different card now, but if such
a thing happens again, my first move
will be to notify the police & press charges.

I hope Grubhub takes me as I just lost my delivery with uber eats. Im depressed now and broke. Someone lied on me this weekend saying I was smoking weed which I don't even smoke weed nor like the smell of that stuff!! People in California can be....ugh!!!😩

I've been doing GH for a month now and I suggest you don't do the scheduling because they will take you to parts of the area that don't tip well
