Any idea how many steps from this workout? I’m trying to reach my 10K steps a day goal and am making a playlist of indoor walking workouts like Holly’s so that I don’t get bored to death just walking around my house to reach 10K steps 😅

With both workouts, I switch the walk to a light jog, in hope I’ll burn a little more calories 🤩💪🏽. Anyone any idea how much calories this workout is likely to burn? Thanks 😻
