Any idea how many steps from this workout? I’m trying to reach my 10K steps a day goal and am making a playlist of indoor walking workouts like Holly’s so that I don’t get bored to death just walking around my house to reach 10K steps 😅

i was working out almost every day during the summer but once my fall semester (im in college) started, ive been sitting down at my laptop all day every day for zoom classes and finally i made time to move around right now.. this video was perfect for that thank u!!!

I enjoyed both walking and toning. The only toning I had difficulty with was the toning one on one knee with one leg out and handover head. Can you suggest an easier exercise for this move? Thanks

Hi Holly, I have been doing the 20 minute walking vid for the last week and just switched to this today to mix it up a bit. With both workouts, I switch the walk to a light jog, in hope I’ll burn a little more calories 🤩💪🏽. Anyone any idea how much calories this workout is likely to burn? Thanks 😻
