If your using an ASUS motherboard ensure secure boot is set to Windows Uefi and not “Other OS” this fixed it for me

Here is another solution if you are still having trouble. I bought my pc as a prebuilt because of the gpu shortage, so it came with windows 11. I thought that since secure boot was mandatory for win 11, it would already be on. It was, but for some reason my system information said it was off.

To check this, go to system information, and look for "secure boot state" it should be on
If it is off, then go into bios and turn secure boot off, apply it, and then turn it back on. This should fix it. Also ensure tpm is on.

As soon as I tried to do step 1 I got another error, oh my...
