Not a particularly useful proposition. It will take forever to find all Sentinels armor. By the time you do, you’ll be high level, so now you’ll need to find all heavy pieces with the effect (You can’t just stand there the whole time in combat, so the armor rating also matters).

Ok, you found 5 Heavy pieces with Sentinels. What level are you? Conservative guess is level 80. Have you been investing in END bc you want to be tanky? Of course! Well you’ve got over a 1000 hp, so you are already super beefy, and don’t need the uber 5 piece Sentinels to survive, anyway!

It’s fun theory-crafting this kind of thing. But this isn’t a “build” guide. It’s winning the lottery, after already being rich.

I wasn’t sure I would be much tankier until I saw I was able to upgrade ballistic weave to level 4… don’t even need power armor anymore.

When using ballistic weave can you but it on your power armor

Don't forget to add a Steadfast legendary weapon of your choice. It adds damage résistance while aiming. I have a Steadfast plasma flamer for the up close kills and a long range Steadfast for sniping. Impressive combinations. I fell like I can take on Open Season now and rid Nuka World of the raider factions. I am on level 66.

I noticed you shooting that Deathclaw in the head in vats. Silly. Shooting the belly of a Deathclaw deals significantly more damage than shooting it anywhere else, as it's the only unarmored part of their body. You should be able to kill a Deathclaw roughly twice as fast by aiming for the belly. You can get them to expose their belly by forcing them to strafe left or right and then initiate their initial dash animation as they'll perk up just before leaning down to sprint at you. Do this by pointing a gun at their head or body at a reasonable enough distance, then unload after the strafe animation. Simply rinse and repeat the process 2 or 3 times depending on your damage output overall. You're welcome. When you know NPC weaknesses, running around as a Tank with legs isn't need and you can minimax your DPS instead. I tend to go for movement based armor legendary effects to increase 10% movement speed each piece so I get around point A to point B quickly while dumping a ton of damage with Two Shot and Wounding ballistic weapons and I consume more checks than a DC district crack head. Don't need to tank damage if the enemy can't even hit me and they die in 2 or 3 shots.

Im sorry but im not like you, i play like a normal person does so i play without mod but on very hard difficulty. I don't feel like being invincible if im using cheats.

I play on Survivor and I find with the power armour and the lone wonder perk with jet its just to easy. So im not playing a stealth character / sniper without power armour. Its more of a challage and no lone wonder perk. Max enudrance so I can run further

I dont like using night vision perk it’s annoying sometimes

If you're going to use a mod to break the game why not just use cheats and apply a god mode.

if you cant be killed whats the point. why have a perk that makes it impossible to break a bobbie pin or get locked out of a computer it takes the reality away and removes any challenge or possibility of failure. anyone who plays that way is pathetic. failure is always a possibility.

Can someone tell me if Rooted/Sentinel armor still works with Blitz? Or does it still count as movement?

Getting Bolstering Legendary armor is much better than the Sentinels prefix. Bolstering can give you a +35 ballistic and energy damage resistance at 1/3 health. As your health lowers from full, you are continually getting that defense bonus until you cap out at +35. This also stacks, so if you have 6 pieces you are getting 210 Ballistic and Energy Damage resistance at 1/3 health. Very impressive. The best reason this is better than Sentinels version is that you can move while using it. You don't have to stay in a single spot, which is obnoxious.
I only use 2 pieces of bolstering and even Matriach Deathclaws have to work incredibly hard to finish me off after 1/3 health. I don't even use Ballistic Weave. My regular defense is 135.
