Ответить7 months pregnant right now, i haven’t been able to walk freely ( without. crutches for a week and few days ) i’m reading these comments and it’s giving me some type of confidence. i will start these exercises today. and will be back to update i hope hope hope i come back into better relief.

ОтветитьAt the beginning of my 2nd trimester, the pain started to crawl in and I had one bad week, then I started with this stretching exercises. After doing it once the pain was almost gone! Now I keep on doing it 2-3 times per week and the pain is gone. Thank you soooo much Sally, this stretching routine is amazing!!!

ОтветитьI'm 8 months pregnant and I've been having lower back problems and tight hips for awhile, I was thinking of going to a chiropractor. Then when I did this stretch, my body made popping noises and I instantly felt relief ☺

ОтветитьAlmost 9 months preg and attempting to do this stretch to relieve some sciatic pain in my back & hips. Wow some of these positions are difficult to do when you’re so pregnant but it felt good at the end. Will update after doing these stretches for the next couple of days and see if it helps.
