For the D16 Repeater delay: If you click on "Digital Delay" it will open a menu to change the delay model. I never knew about it, and tried left/right clicking on other plugins after finding out and...there's a lot of hidden features everywhere.

Using the FG-116 (In the Virtual Mix Rack): if you Shift+Click the Attack knob, it will turn off compression and act as a FET tone/distortion box.

I've used both the FG-X and Ozone. As much as I love Slate plugins, I think Ozone has a way more transparent sound and I don't have to play with it to rid of some nasty crackles. I still put the tape emulator on the master though.. Warms it up a ton.
