Quick question: what if you (like me) have two mods that do different
things but is the same file (in this case media.xml) that have to go in
the root directory?

I don't have any of those folders in MY media. I just have "videos". I installed Spintires with Steam, is that the problem? or is that I am using Windows 8 not 7? so it is different?

my game must be really different, because in my Media folder I just have "videos".

I've done everything right but I have the tech demo and I don't see the box thing on the top right corner to add stuff it nots there at all

It's retarded that nearly all the people who do tutorials for mods for spintires, do not explain that you need the DEV version.  Idiot.

Tom why don't I have a materials folder? The folders inside my media folder are grass, models, overlays, particles, plants, terrains, trucks, waters and wheels. Which one is it?? Should I copy the whole spintires folder and put it on my desktop, and then try putting the mod into each of of those folders within the media folder and see which one adds the mod? and do it on desktop so if I stuff the whole thing up I still have the original game?

I just downloaded the free version last night. Wanted to try it out be for I buy it. Called spin tires demo. Is there a way to mod this version and do you do it the same way. When in the game I can't find add. Like I said I downloaded it last night please help
