-Make sure that you are using Node.js v20 (use nvm if Linux or Mac OS X)
-Download and install Meraki: https://github.com/platformatic/meraki/releases
-Create a workshop directory somewhere in your local FS.
-Either:
a)curl -L -O https://links.platformatic.dev/mistral-7b (if on Macbook with Apple Silicon), or
b) OpenAI / Mistral API key
