So listen in settings I accidentally set my refresh rate to 75 and my monitor max is 60 and I dont't know what to do now because its just a black screen

The game is hard coded to 64 tick so 128 tick doesn't really exist anymore?

The best comments that are working for me are -notexturestreaming & -useallavailablecores -dx12

dont use the +violence_hblood 0 command, quite often its good to see how many hits you gave the enemy to give your mate a callout how low he could be, if you have it off you will always dont know how many hits u really gave him.
