ОтветитьI have a question. When you take out a loan from a bank, say it's a 100k loan with interests, how do you account interests in your balance sheet?
Ответитьyou can make someone dance for you. good example, Sal
ОтветитьYou can use cash to make someone dance for you 😂😂😂
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video
ОтветитьI think it is ironic to watch this in 2021
Ответитьthis look mess , cant understand anything better to put actual sheet not with this useless pencils presentation.
ОтветитьTaught me physics 101 in 2011, now watching Sal Khan again in 2021 waiting for the next market correction haha!
ОтветитьI feel like you bounce around too much and you add extraneous thoughts. The best way for me to learn is in the most simple and direct way possible. I believe this lesson could have been given in half the time. Thanks.
ОтветитьUseless 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Ответитьgreat video thank you.
ОтветитьInvesting successfully in forex requires the expertise of a professional broker that is why
i have made profit since i started trading with Mrs Benjamin Addison she is the best.
March 2008, wow. The real trouble had not even began.
ОтветитьThe concept of equity is starting to make a little more sense to me
Ответить“hundredthousandaire” 😂😂😂
ОтветитьI love the content but some video is low quality idk if it's long time ago, like housing lesson, you should consider remake video and keep the audio.
Ответитьayo how this dude just be knowing things bruh
ОтветитьAsset= 1 000 , cash 250, liabilities = 750 + interest. How has it balanced?
ОтветитьYou're really funny and intelligent, it's awesome. Don't get me wrong but what was funny to me was the way you got emotional talking about owing nothing to nobody :)
Ответитьhouse is not an asset
ОтветитьGood video
At least in Poland Assets are on the left-hand-side, liabilities on the right
how are you left with 250k of equity? I thought the 250k of cash was being used to buy the house?
ОтветитьAt the end of the day, balance sheets is all they have to exchange flows of "cash" which btw, may or may not be in existence.... Yet. Unless QE is desperately needed, or helicopter paper fiat... 🤔🤔🤔😂😂😂
ОтветитьShouldn't the formula be Assets - Liability = Equity
ОтветитьPls change your on screen writting equipment. By the way fantastic job
Ответить"I have an IOU to dance for someone in the future - it'll be hard to value"
That's because it's priceless! 🤣
The writing is hard to understand
ОтветитьSimple and to the point!
ОтветитьTHE BEST TEACHER EVER ! THANK YOU Mr Khan for all your instructive videos.
p.s. i consider my self a free person too , zero debt , i fully own my apartment , regular job and some money in E.T.F. Thanks again.
Why is the house in the assets column? It does not bring you any profit unless you get rent from it. Why is it considered an asset?
ОтветитьUmmm wt about that annual interest of 10% that we have to pay for the loan.. that counts as a liability too ryt
ОтветитьSal, IOU.
ОтветитьCash is an asset ?
ОтветитьTHANK YOU!!
ОтветитьHi Mr. Khan! Just wanted to thank you for helping me ace my education in business admin and economics. Couldn't have done it without you!
ОтветитьA house is not an asset - Robert T. Kiyosaki
If you need to pay down that house its NOT an asset. An asset is something that puts pocket in your money. After you bought the house, you have no assets. After you pay down the house you have an asset.
Teacher's name ??? Anyone knows is he mr Khan??
ОтветитьI really love your videos.... except for one little thing.... the jittery mouse.... I must be like a cat lol .... cant stop watching the mouse and then I get dizzy. Calm down please lol
ОтветитьWow! This is so old
Ответитьi love his voice it's perfect for learning somehow lol
ОтветитьIf Sal ever pursues a career in dancing I hope he doesn't quit his day job
ОтветитьMaking someone dance for you has to be a financial benefit or rappers wouldn't be so obsessed with making it "rain"
ОтветитьIf Sal were running things in 2008 there probably wouldn't have been a near meltdown of the global economy
Ответить"equity, I owe nothing to nobody"
ОтветитьSounds like me...talking about the economy at parties lol. Your videos have taught me the basis of the financial system and are quenching my thirst for the understanding that I've had before I discovered your tutorials. Thank you and have a blessed New Year.
