I have a question. When you take out a loan from a bank, say it's a 100k loan with interests, how do you account interests in your balance sheet?

I feel like you bounce around too much and you add extraneous thoughts. The best way for me to learn is in the most simple and direct way possible. I believe this lesson could have been given in half the time. Thanks.

At the end of the day, balance sheets is all they have to exchange flows of "cash" which btw, may or may not be in existence.... Yet. Unless QE is desperately needed, or helicopter paper fiat... 🤔🤔🤔😂😂😂

Why is the house in the assets column? It does not bring you any profit unless you get rent from it. Why is it considered an asset?

A house is not an asset - Robert T. Kiyosaki
If you need to pay down that house its NOT an asset. An asset is something that puts pocket in your money. After you bought the house, you have no assets. After you pay down the house you have an asset.
