Dear Sir,
A beautifully made sign using a worm drive circular saw ( a bit unusual in Europe???). My only regret is there is no thief proof feature incorporated in it. Still will do the owner's company something to be very proud of. Kind regards.

Simple and incredibly effective, really amazing contrast there! Beautiful work as always.

I've actually had a lot of experience with this! On lighter woods it helps to spray a bit of shellac before pouring the epoxy to keep the pigment from leeching into the wood.

Sorry! Did not expect this type of work from you guys. Wow!! That was really hard to watch. Guess ive just been spoiled from all of your other videos. And the fact that you used a cnc to do the lettered sign and it came out so blah!! My child could have done better freehand with crayons. Not what i expected after watching all of your other videos. But then again. Even Lignum has a bad day after all. Better luck next time fellas.

A down cut end mill would make a much cleaner cut which doesn't require all that sanding to clean up.
