ОтветитьI wish there was an exercise to holistically become: clear skinned, attractive, feminine, brighter toned, confident. well busted and bootied, likable, employable.
I hate my life right now as a diseased, undeveloped, unemployed, unqualified, isolated, cursed, impoverished, unwanted, unattractive, bullied, trapped, suicidal, ugly, ethnic minority, single, failed, lone living woman but nobody can tell me I have not tried or am not trying to fix things and become better.
I wish I was fortunate like you ladies who already have it all and whose efforts to improve visibly pay off. Maybe in another life I'll have that too.

ОтветитьHi! Thank you for workouts with bands. I didn’t get the difference of banded abduction exercise and standing fire hydrant. Is fire hydrant a combination of abduction and hip extension ? Or it has some hip rotation as well?
