Excel Drop Down List Including Cell Colour Change: Colour Fill

When I apply the rule in the next row the colour doesn't change...

Hello - Is it possible to do this without it finding No in every other cell of the excel - for example, my other cells contain descriptions with the word no - I don't want this condition to apply to anything that isn't that one row of drop downs - Thanks
