ОтветитьI knew you'd have the recipe I was looking for and it's nice it's without the usual Acquafaba, and to make in the blender (as opposed to a stick immersion blender). I must confess I used a tablespoon in the recipe and some hummus to thicken it further. It was great as are all your recipes. Thank you

I just tried the regular mayo..and it turned out so gooddd...😍..The vinegar does the main magic here...I was shocked that it was eggless but still tastes like the one we get from stores..thank you so much for this amazing recipe..❤

experiment1==If you don't wanna add too much oil then from mixer take out the first grind content and Put that in a pan now add some Corn Flour which is mixed in water now put in Mayonnaise becomes thick and also doesn't taste as oily

experiment2==Half the oil was some fat from a previous roast and for the yellowish color I used vegeta a kind of spice those are dried and powdered vegies like onions=carrots=cilantro=sellerie=mixed with salt has bright yellow color

experiment3==Because of ice my mayo melted even further as ice cause it lowers the temperature as well as you don't have to add water
