Your patient actually has conductive hearing loss bro
ОтветитьYou do need chaperone in ear and eyes
ОтветитьChange earpiece after checking one ear. Check other ear as well.
ОтветитьIs it the same patient or 3 different patients in each exam? :) And sorry that's not how I learned to do Rinne's
Ответитьin rinni test we keep in front of ear only after patient says that he cannot hear anything 0n mastoid.
we dont keep it simultaneously on back and front of ear
Why does he need chaperone
ОтветитьNo No Chapron please.
Ответить🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьThank you, however, I disagree on offering Chaperon here.
Ответить👍👍👍
ОтветитьIf this is Otitis Media of Right Ear then, Rinni Test should be Negative for Right Ear and Normal for Left.
Also Weber Test should be lateralized towards the Right Ear
Its a Conductive Hearing Loss.
Not a Sensory Neural Hearing Loss.
Please update me If I am wrong
What's Redis test (subtitles)? Did you mean Tragus test?
ОтветитьRhine is negative in the left ear, because the patient heard it more at the back of the ear( that is bone conduction was better than air conduction so rhine is negative)
He said Rhine is positive in both ears, l hope its a mistake, or am I the one mixing up something
You have to do all examination on maniquin or just otoscopy?
ОтветитьExpose what?! You are doing ear examination?😁😁😁
ОтветитьI don’t think you need to mention chaperone for ear examination
Ответить❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏
