By far one of the best videos I've seen on house flipping, and with a nice motivational ending. Hopefully will see more of these documentary (Markomentary?) types of vids in the future. Also, would like to know more about house flipping, i.e. best areas to flip, how to find a reputable contractor, ways to save money, networking, how much carpentry and such you should know yourself, etc.

I want to know why so many changes are made to the house -- he tells us the changes, but not the reasons for them. Personal and maybe philosophical differences here -- I don't like touching a house with "good bones" unless for extremely good reasons.

I know they say to make connections but I don’t know the first step on how to be in the same room as people that do flipping houses or where they link up if that makes sense🤦🏽‍♀️I’m trying to expand my circle. For anyone watching this that wants to remove a wall you cannot just take out a wall and leave one stud in until the header is built like this guy did. It is beyond dangerous to the integrity of the house. There are proper ways to do this and this was not it.

PROCESS is the basis of wealth creation. One of the greatest things I learnt in investing is the two-year rule: for an investment to be termed profitable, you must be willling to wait on that investment for at least two years. bro, having given it a value of 130 plus 40 for repairs and it sold for 240 .. 70k appreciation, I refinance I receive more money by renting my property and I use those 70 to continue buying and doing the same thing and I don't use all my money for buy properties
