How To Fix Lenovo Boot Loop, Restarting, Stuck Loading, Stuck Diagnosing PC

In my laptop at boot there is no legacy or anything it has only usb boot..pxe boot to lan and ipv4 pxe first and EF1

I did this and now my laptop makes me use a recovery key, it is still resarting after I use the key, and I can't access the f1 menu anymore. I'm screwed.

Unfortunately my keyboard doesn't work right now so I usually use touch screen or I have to use the arrow scroll method. So now what if I can't see nothing on the screen and it's stuck spinning?

Mine shows “UEFI Only” and it cannot be changed. The setting is locked. I disabled safe boot but it still shows the same thing

My laptop is a Lenovo IdeaPad S145-15IWL and is starting but it's stuck on Lenovo loading screen and I waited even 1 hour and nothing happend. Plus, it takes like 3 minutes for the Lenovo screen to show. The last thing I remember to happen on this laptop before this problem was freezing on an app or changing the date for a game.
