ОтветитьVery nice. I've just completed a home built, obi wan prop lightsaber, made from scrap parts and things found in the home. Just click on my tab next to my user name to view. Be glad if feed back.
ОтветитьSo did they make something to make the cast or did they hand make the mold so then they put the resin in?
Ответить+Riley Odom The stunt blades are texalium carbon fiber tubes that have been painted bright colors and covered with clear heat shrink tubing (to keep the paint from chipping off). You can get texalium carbon fiber tubes made by the same company that produced them for Episode III on The Custom Saber Shop website and Ryan Wieber's Sabershop site. They're pricey, but I haven't yet found a better stunt blade solution in terms of strength to weight ratio.
