The website in GTA v I actually found who killed her because around the map there are letter scraps everywhere and when you collect all of it it shows you a letter well I think a confession letter for the murder then you figure out the name and address to where the killer is and you can kill him or let him go.

Probably the reason why the river monster was deleted from RDR 2 is because there was a river mission that we had to save people from a giant crocodile in the river. But if they changed it to river monster then we would see it but I think it's the size.
