I'ts just I got issues with my last update of the ROM, so I'd like to come back to a previous stable version without missing data.

I am currently on pixel extended rom but I want to flash pixel experience recovery ( so I can flash pixel experience rom) how to i do it without computer. I m currently on twrp.

Hey Munchy. Thanks for the guide. If your an unlucky person who still gets a "partition a is not present" when you try to install pixel experience recovery on a OnePlus 7 pro: is there any other way to flash pixel experience?

Even completely reformatting the phone from bricks with MSMdownload tool to global 11 unlock bootloader then global 12.1 oxygenos.

The "no partition a" problem still exists.

I know my question is off topic for this tuition: it's just PE recovery is the most problematic recovery I have ever encountered.

All kinds of errors and will not install.

Omg , i went nuts because of this recovery few days back. I searched all over internet for the fix but I gave up and installed recovery through fastboot. Anyway,it's nice to see it can be fixed . Thanks alot man , have a good one !
