I don’t understand why can’t anything work for me when I open forge with Java it says unable to install Java and when I try to use jarfix it just sends me to Java to download it I don’t understand

Idk I have one problem, in my launcher, it doesnt show that forge version, what to do please?

when i downloaded it and tried to open it on my desktop it asked me to open it in word or notepad?
