I have an IdeaPad 3 that boots into the windows login after beeping two times but the keys of the keyboard are unresponsive except the shift so I can't log into windows same with the bios I cant use the keyboard to navigate it even an USB one only the shift responds has someone had the same issue and solved it?

Is this issue solution specific to Intel CPU based model of this laptop, or would it also work when the Ideapad is equiped with a AMD Ryzen CPU, but under a different name?
