Children’s Moment // “Learning Patience” // September 8, 2024

This week, Ms. Kariann teaches the children about the importance of patience through a fun analogy involving pancakes. She shares how waiting for perfectly cooked pancakes is much better than rushing and getting uncooked ones, relating it to how sometimes we have to wait for things, even when we really want them right away—like a cell phone! Ms. Kariann emphasizes that, just like waiting for pancakes or a phone, sometimes God’s answer to our prayers is “not yet” because we’re not ready. This lesson encourages children to trust God's timing and be patient, knowing that everything will come when the time is right.
