If you place the hand not even time exactly at the same place, the picture would judder a little bit...

If the clip you want to track is several minutes long, how many frames should you jump at time to reduce the time it takes to complete the task? For example, you were jumping 3 frames, but that's easy when the entire clip is only a couple seconds...

Are you serious? This is not tracking. Tracking is when you lock a clip (text, graphics, masked video, you name it) to a portion of another background clip.
