It's double tragedy.. Or a dual one... Gary Glitters top tunes were magical pieces.. Paired down... Edited.. Like early dub.. The temptation is to. Add on... Embroider.. Not Subtract but someone at the desk had a vision... The muses were strong those sessions but Gary probably fiddled with them too. What a shame... His special almost ritualistic creations.. Weren't enough to him.. Or worse were seen by himself as calls for ceremonies to begin.. Those entranced form a queue for their sacrifice, assemble under his symbolic cymbals.... and those beats.... Feel for the musicians hitting the cardboard cut out sundown... Prematurely.. Sad for all thosel hurt..

Bei dem jeepster Auftritt in disco wollte Marc Bolan mit seiner les Paul auftreten. Es gab richtig Streit. Die ZDF Leute wollten das nicht und haben ihm eine atrappe gegeben. Er willigte nur ungern ein. Jede Minute kostete dem ZDF 30000 DM. Das war der teuerste play back auftritt im deutschen Fernsehen.

Ich wäre beinahe Sweetfan geworden, die Musik 🎶 von the Sweet finde ich toll, aber mir gefällt, und so war es auch damals, die Innenrolle und die Hochfrisur gefällt mir nicht. Viele Mädels schwärmten für Brian Connolly. Meine Lieblingsband des Glamrock sind T.Rex, Wizzard, die Glitterband,Suzi Quatro und Garry Glitter.

Einfach eine tolle Zeit mit toller Musik ...Diese Zeiten kommen nie wieder....

I had this on vhs decades ago and Glam Rock 2. How things have changed in 30 years, back then the only ways to view music videos was buying a vhs or waiting for them on tv and now we are spoiled for choice with the internet. I can't decide if it's a good or bad thing.
