After clicking on "Initiate Signing" we are not getting any Pop-Up. All the sheets are properly validated. Em-Signer is running in Admin mode. Trust centre settings are as required. DSC attached and running. What I am missing ?

sir phli sheet validate sucecfully ho rhi hai phir jab sheet ko upload kr download krte h the json file generate krte h then run time error 13 hi aa ja rha h . atleast 15 time kr liya hu .please assist me.

Sir , I did all steps as given by you. I got stuck up at signing DSC. My DSC is new. Using for the first time. I am a GST Auditor. DSC initialing screen not coming up. Is DSC is required to register somewhere as using for the first time for GST Audit ?? Please guide
