ОтветитьBeen watching your tutorials for a whole year, decided to give this one a go and while you were explaining inflow vs geometry normal velocity and actually made 2 side by side simulations to demonstrate with and added description to the simulations, it reminded me of school and the textbooks i used to read with figures and the teachers who would go the extra mile. You feel the same and of the same spirit so I offer my humble thanks for your kind descriptions and words.

ОтветитьI have one question. Your particles are much stronger and there are different colors of them like red, green blue. Mine are mainly blue and no red one. I wonder what I'm doing wrong ?

Ответитьi kept the can size to real world dimensions. but the baked fluid particles are looking huge. should I increase the size of the domain? right now the domain is about 2 feet x 2feet

ОтветитьOthers can Say It's old tutorial by now but for me this helped a lot even tho i'm Using Blender since 2 years and honestly skipping fluid simulations for no reason but today i had to face fluid stuff because i my client needed fluid in his product and for getting better results i was just increasing "upres fector" which still i don't know what it does but honestly this tutorial helped a lot thanx.

I'am using blender 2.93.1, I can not resize the domain , Only can use Equilateral cube as domain. If I resize the domain with apply scale, the fluid particles will be problem.

ОтветитьIs it possible in the animation to make the splash froze in the air? I try in 'Cache' to put a lower numbers to the 'End' but at the same time it's make the water disapear... Please help!
ОтветитьTo toggle "Using Scene Gravity" parameters: Scene Properties > uncheck Gravity.
To enable "Bake (Resume/Free)" in Fluid/Settings: Cache > change Type: Modular > check "is Resumable".

Ответитьhi, great video. Im using the version 2.93 and the plane flow doesnt work as in your video. no matter the number i put on normal the simulation just go down. The only way i can give it direction its by using the X, Y, Z velocity. I checked the normals of the plane and its in the correct direction .
