I traveled in Yunnan in 2019 and wanted to return overland from Laos in 2020 but the borders of China closed in March 2020. I wanted to return because I had had a taste of Yunnan culture through the Yeo and the Bai people. I wanted to explore such beautiful lands with cultures so connected with the natural world where a deep joy lives in the heart of the people. This film has captured the feeling of the connection humans can have for thousands of years if we cherish our connection with our earth mother (of us all). Cannot wait to return to these beautiful lands.

I am arguing with these voices every day and night telling them to go and find a better paid job. They are on air everyday waiting for me to get my tempered, angry, mad escolding them. They are blaming the foreighners of not getting a proper job and homes. There are a lots of vacant jobs here but these people are expecting something else. SO they are living in the brain of somebody else expecting that GERMANy wins in their HEAD every day. The people of YUNNAN are lucky, this is a real life.

Remarkable how China had treated all minorities with respect to their cultures and helping to improve their infrastructures and economy. This is true Democracy in the very definition of humanity of compassion and love for mankind.
