ОтветитьI been doing this workout at least once a month since 2020. I can get 250reps in the 10mins, but took me a year of doing it every week to work up to that. This is my go to workout when time is short or I cant get to a gym for leg day. Still sore everytime.👍👍👍

ОтветитьYou are doing wrongly the sitting squats !!! Your butt should go deeper down while your knees should extend over your legs level !

ОтветитьWe know you all are proud to workout and add this on. Anyway I did by itself pressed for time and whew lot of reps and my legs are burning in 10mins. Had to take a few seconds here and there and still gave my all
ОтветитьSo good!!! I was kinda lazy this morning because I had a rough night, so I did this workout a little bit slower than I wanted to. Still felt the burn! 🔥I will definitelly get back to this in a few days! Maybe I'll try it with half reps as well...😋

I love so much this workout I'm doing this for 5times because I'm in the mood because of the music and most especially The style of workout. 😘😘😘😘😘 Thank you the Burpee Queen. ОтветитьCaroline, you are awesome! I recently discovered your videos and do them almost daily. As a busy mom of three, I especially love the short but challenging 10 to 15 minute workouts. I’m discovering muscle groups I didn’t know I had. 😅 Some days following a hard new workout my muscles are really sore even with stretching- I’m wondering if you recommend resting sore muscles for a day or two, or should I exercise those areas to help recover? Thanks!

ОтветитьI'm loving Epic HEAT for many reasons, but I especially love that we get to discover old Caroline's workouts. She has such a backload after only one year it's pretty much impossible to do them all, but I'm sure as hell gonna try so thank you for the opportunity :D
