Pro Tools- Loading a Virtual Instrument

This is surely a weird Daw how do you stop that annoying scan of plugins on start up

How can I load my library into pro tools, I use an Arturia minilab II and i want to use some Presets from the Analog Lab, but I can't find the way to do it

why did they have more than one slot for a VI of only one is allowed at a time?

Hello, What if it's a guitar amp sim VI? is this all the same process then?
