I dont like this camera. I dont like how Amazon forces you to do what they want. Not smart to buy this camera. Total waste of money.

Hi this is a great camera, but only 30 second video NOT good, when you mount it to the wall it's not very good secured, for a security camera it can be demountable easy, I put double gorilla tape to secure the camera.

Do I actually need the module or can I just get the door bell

Even though Blink tries to confuse you, you don't need a cloud plan if you have the sync module. When your 30 days runs out it will continue saving clips to a flash drive.

I laugh. It's fine as a video at your front door system. It is NOT a doorbell. It will chime once in your house--then it takes 3 minutes to chime a second time. I've never seen any doorbell function this way, never. Most doorbells, you push a button and it rings repeatedly each time you push it. Not the Blink. Not the blink. I have mine hooked up to the blink mini and echo devices. There is a long long delay before you can hear a second indoor ring. This is not a doorbell

Honestly, compared to its competitor (Ring) is this worth it ?

So mine doesn't show a live view when someone rings the bell...is it because I don't have a sync module?

Can you load the app to your computer because someone is on my cell phone?

Does anything light up on them when someone sets the motion off or you are viewing the camera?

I use 2 Blink camera and I can say the customer support has been outstanding. Fast replies to emails and U.S. based phone support.
