ОтветитьMy account has been hijacked and later on suspended. For some reason, the national ID they asked me to complete to regain access to it wasn't approved. So I think I've now my account, with all my connections and posts. I've sent an appeal form I found on their website, which is the only way I've come accross to get "in touch" with them, but I haven't received any response.
If someone has gone through something similar before, or knows how to deal with it, I'd appreciate some help. Thank you!
(I don't know when exactly this happened, but I'm afraid it's almost 14 days, if not already. Which would mean I can no longer recover the account)

Hello, Thank you for the video. I have done the same but unfortunately the person who hacked my account is closing the case that the costumer service does not reach me out. ОтветитьThis method hasn't worked for me. In order to get any help, they require that I sign in. Unfortunately, the site accepts my username and password, and says that I picked the right captcha image, and then cycles back to the captcha image ... aka, I can't sign in (despite doing everything correctly). I've not received any email from LinkedIn, so it doesn't seem that they shut me down for any reason. Is there an updated process to determine if A) I've been ostracized, or B) if there is another problem, or C) if LinkedIn is just having temporary troubles.

If you don't have an access to an email, verify your identity via SMS, then we will send you a code on the email that you ofc can't access cause we really need to know it's you. And oh, you need to login to access support too. Are there actually people working there or bots I wonder

ОтветитьHi. For reasons unexplainable, linkedin has permanently banned my account. The only reason I think this may have happened is that, as a sarcastic comment on the transgender issue, I listed my pronouns as (normal hetero male) then got a message saying that I misrepresented my identity.
I did not. I am a normal hetero male. Doesn't anyone see humor in that innocuous joke?
