Okay I have a problem!!! first of all this video and the information is incredible.
I've been under the understanding that in order to unlock all your chakras and send energy to your pineal gland you have to cleanse yourself of all physical and mental traumas and release all physical and worldly possessions and attachments...is this not true?
Now I understand this video is not labeled opening chakras and pineal gland but obviously it is just in a different perspective..
Can anyone give me some insite?

Sems much of this, have been already documented, AWESOME! let me share some of my experiences so far where im at a point of trying to train my body, brain, mind, to make short leaps into the Gateway. Since, everytime you enter this state, the body does all these things like you detailed, as like a trigger. Its like a God Experience, where you can move out of the body and move at rapid speeds from your home, streets, city, country, space like environment in a third perspective type scenario, where your brain does try to comprehend and justify the in-person experience during this, where he can analayze everything in a quantum computing state inside your head FOCUSED! Doing of lot of this quantum level computing inside your head for a prolonged time can sort of result in a stroke in your left hemisphere, which is totally painless, but it does occur. The key is to remain subliminally calm in all situations. It all starts from the Head, and depending upon the type of method used to access the Gateway state, let me summarize all these many pointers you made to 4 conclusive states: Calmness of the mind, body's vibration resonance with the surrounding and earth, mind's ability to get out from the head(avenger's endgame scene: hulk returns to old timeline in new york to fetch timestone, the sorcerer at the time gentle taps hulk to get his consciousness out from the body (GOD MODE), Obstructions from human emotions (Thinking Will not work). Well for the bad part, disconnect with reality, sense of dejavu since the brain has already computed so many realities, that the mind stops and says "Hey Wait This happened already...!" If you Move out from the Body, it will be a eagle like view to the reality where it just goes on and on with God Mode Features on. i used to search on and read psychology, neural study papers to find out if they have had previously identified this phenomenon 'Gateway', and now you are telling me CIA published doc on this? the amount of resources CIA has spent and the information they have, STAGGERING

These arent some "Advanced Methods". if CIA declassified them, it means its useless. These are 1900s primitive theories of psychology. Better theories are present in present college's psychology books lol. All of mentioned theories have been explored and its nothing intresting.

I am actually doing gateway & hemi-sync training for a couple of months already, although i am not native english speaker. I do have stronger focus, although still unable to use it in my field of work in full potential.

one night i woke up with my left ear ringing really loudly i tried to ignore it but it wouldn't go away i got up and walked downstairs and went to the front yard immediately looked up and there was a white marble like object passing by slowly and at low altitude, 2 mins later another passed. this ringing lasted about 2 hours. has anyone experienced something like this?

It does what it says. Both times I've left my body wide awake and seeing the room around me, I've heard a loud vicious banging at my door and I've chosen to go back to my body to wake up from a deep sleep to protect my family from whatever it was banging at the door. Both times nothing was there at all. No one else heard it at all. I think I must face it.

i'm a survivor in the real world .My ex boyfriend died in a car crash , he was the passenger sitting right to the driver. This happened the same way I saw the accident in my '' what they called '' dream ..
watching the world from this point of view always will be a battle for me . The time stops when a premonitory dream occurs but I can't tell why . I even was sitting in the back of the car , before seeing the accident in slow motion , I was screaming with no sound just like they cannot see or listen . Has anyone read “Mega Brain” by Michael Hutchison? This incredible man who brought this book in the 90s sadly passed away from following an incident of injuring himself.
But that book is incredible and he describes different methods of working with mine. He went to the Monroe Institute and interviewed a lot of he even subjected himself to some of their experiments, and this book became literally has a cult following in a good way. Is it it’s a mind opener.

99% of the folks commenting here need serious help. The internet will choose to think the most minor incidents involving the government are some sort of grand conspiracy, but when presented with the most absurd information possible from the government itself, they choose to believe it without a second thought.

I listen carefully to the entire presentation and I believe I comprehended probably 90% of it… I am blown away at the fact supported by science I meditate I do some light work of vibration. I’ve done some interesting experiments with my mind that is not a point of mentioning them here, but it explains a lot… Lastly, perhaps it matters to say that I am in a very creative profession, an artist and a product designer, and usually creative people are not known to have a higher sensitivity to energy around them, and nearby and capable of communicating with their mind and long distances first.

A very interesting um fact, for me was the wave length of the mind which is a tuning to the wavelength of the earth, which explains a lot of the Zen Buddhist statement “we are one“.

It is not very easy to achieve that wave length into it tune the two hemispheres of the brain, I have done it a few times more than a few times, and the result is an unbelievable peace and balance of pretty much everything a harmony I can’t explain it.
