SecretLab Titan 2020 vs noblechairs Hero Black Edition

Hey mate - looking at these two chairs myself, the secretlab titan EVO fabric, and the Noblechairs Hero TX (fabric) - I know you like the secretlab slightly better but considering in my region the noble chair is $649 and the secretlab $944 would you still say the secretlab is worth it?

How is the build quality on noblechair i saw many problems in reddit ?

Okay so having watched your review, I'm 6'4", 225lbs, and you and I roughly have the same bodytype. The fabric version of the Hero comes in at €420,- and the fabric version of the Secretlab Titan 2020 model comes in at €509,- while the 2022 Evo version comes in at €620,- Which chair would you recommend to me? Which of the 2 is more comfortable over longer periods of time? The price of the Noblechairs being significantly cheaper is a major plus for the Hero. But if the secretlab definitely is more comfortable to you, I'm willing to save up longer and get that one instead.

Interested in the Hero Noblechair - can't find out so far - are there brakes on the wheels - would help sometimes to lock the chair in place . . .

I ended up with both due to a shipping error and don't know which one to keep. 😭 Noble is set up but Secret Lab was my original choice. It got lost in transit for ages and I was refunded but then it was delivered.

In Canada, the SecretLab is 200$ more than the noblechairs Hero (on regular price). Really loving my purchase based on the little differences found in your video. Great information in there! Unfortunately, the Doom chair was sold out everywhere.

I have to really focus on trying to hear what you're saying, sometimes I have to rewind, because you speak too fast or you mumble something in a quiet voice. If you could slow down and pronounce words clearly, that'd be great.

Great video, just wondering and you'll obviously have to cast your kind back now. Was the hero's seat flatter or at less than a tilt than the secretlab Titan? I have a Titan and it digs into my thighs regardless of seat height even with a foot stool though at 6ft 2 it wasn't necessary just trying to find anything to relieve the pain thus the hunt for a new chair sadly

Some people reviewed the Secret lab titan and they said the seat is too hard. Like sitting on styrofoam. Did you find that to be the case? I am looking for something I can sit in for like 10 hours a day.

I have noticed on the noblechairs black edition that the bottom seat actually tilts a little which means your legs exit the chair higher than your butt is sitting. I have noticed this creates a small bit of pain behind my knees, do you get this sort of the thing with the secretlabs chair as well? It might be that the chair needs a bit of wear to reduce the strength of the chair edges

I recently bought a JLConfurmi gaming chair and i've regretted it ever since. I was in the middle of revamping my room/pc setup and thought I could save myself a bit of money. I spend crazy amounts of time at my pc on my days off and I'm constantly having back ache so I'm going to swap my chair out for a Secret Labs (batman) chair and give one of my kids my chair. This video really helped me to decide on the switch after a few doubts about spending upwards of £300 on a chair. Many thanks and keep uip the great work.

How do the two materials (Secretlab Softweave Fabric and Noblechairs PU leather vinyl hybrid) compare in terms of breathability, feel to the touch and comfort (i.e. firmness/softness of the seat while sitting)? This is the only video I could find where someone had both!

AVOID SECRETLAB
I purchased a Secretlab Titan in December for £364 and at the time their website clearly indicated that this was a Christmas sale price. The website also featured a countdown timer which said that the sale price was for a limited amount of time. The price remained the same when the sale ended.
I emailed Secretlab about this and in their reply they said "in order to help the community during these harsh times we did not increase our prices when the sale ended". However, using an internet wayback machine to view their website before the sale the price of a Titan series chair was £349 in September 2020 when there was no sale advertised on their website. This means that they increased their prices and called it a sale while using misleading and aggressive tactics such as countdown timers to create a sense of urgency and force people into a contract that they may not have otherwise have entered. Having the audacity to say they are trying to help the community during the pandemic by increasing the price and making it look like a limited time sale.
Secretlab are dishonest and at no point in my emails with them did they actually deny misleading people. I cancelled my order as I don't like being cheated and I passed on details of their 0% off christmas sale to trading standards.

All of these chairs sit like bricks. I bought a nice mesh chair from Staples for $150 bux and it's the best choice I could've made.

I live in Belgium, and I was wondering about the warranty.
Noblechairs give 2 years and Secretlabs 5 years...
Noblechairs, I can buy in a regular shop in Belgium (or directly in the factory in Germany)
But Secretlab is from Singapore and ships into Europe through Poland... Apparently the customer service from secretlab is not that great, so according to me the shipping to return the goods is going to be a real challenge.... On top of that, you have to pre-order each chair and wait for about 2 months before they ship it to you, how long will a reapair take? The return shipping cost are for the buyer....
My question is : what is such a warranty really worth?

In my opinion, Europeans are better of with a Noblechairs (Maybe other parts of the world are better off with a Secretlab because the same issues may occur with Noblechairs for them, and maybe they can far more easy ship back to their local shipping point).

One further question: Can you elaborate on the minimum height of the model hero with the standard gas cylinder as I've seen many reviews saying that with a height of 1,75-1,90m the needed to replace the normal gas cylinder with the short or even extra short one on order to be able to adjust the seat height to their leg lengths and be able to put their feet on the ground when sitting upright.

I just bought this sercertlab titan gaming chair! I feel that the seat is very hard. After sitting for a long time, my butt hurts! Is there any way to improve? It's worse than the average chair! After all, I bought it for 489 euros! I think it's worthless
