nice.
Ответитьwow so good! i've used a similar technique but labeled a.b,c as high medium or low priority
ОтветитьLove the tips. Next time could you show an example of your list. I’d love to see a picture sample of how you wrote yours out.
ОтветитьExtremely helpful information! Also like your personality and excitement about this topic.
ОтветитьShort but so useful
ОтветитьThank you Adriana
ОтветитьHi. Thanks. I have a question though. A great deal of my work is dependant on others and I have several bosses (project managers). They routinely give me tasks that are urgent (read, last minute deadlines), then they all end up as As, so how do I ever get to the Bs, (let alone the Cs)?
ОтветитьGreat video, Adriana! I am in the process of making a video about prioritization and your content has been very insightful 😊
ОтветитьExactly what I needed! Thank you!
ОтветитьThis is definitely a great start and thought process to get started. But one thing that I see people struggle with is the items themselves and the effort it may take to action them. Ie. if you have something that’s not Due TODAY, but it’s due in two days, if you dont think about the EFFORT taken to achieve that task, you may end up feeling stressed by the fact that you didnt give yourself enough time to deliver that item/task on time.
So Step 2 of prioritisation should be to estimate the effort a task might take. This will also help you plan your day better and not take too much on if the items are too big. Also will help you break your big items down to smaller tasks.
This was soooo helpful! Thank you!
ОтветитьPrioritizing is very important. Great advice here.
ОтветитьI love this video! Needed it. Love your ABC items and the ranking!
ОтветитьSuch great tips, Adriana! Thanks for helping us prioritize. Sometimes I can be a challenge to see clearly what is the most important task.
ОтветитьFeeling really overwhelmed by my to-do list, so these prioritization tips were exactly what I needed!
ОтветитьNeeded to hear this. I made a list yesterday and have been so busy doing all sorts of Cs - realised that I'd ignored the A and B stuff on my list! Thank you for sharing this.
ОтветитьWhen I would get overwhelmed it was due to looking at a huge list of things to do. I had to learn to break it down into bite-sized tasks. Some tasks could be important but not as urgent. I had to refocus my list. Thanks for your helpful tips!
ОтветитьIt's like you read my mind! I literally can't wait to use these tips! They will be total game changers! This video is definitely a must watch for all! :)
ОтветитьI can’t wait to get my self organized and start prioritizing tasks so I can accomplish more with success!!
ОтветитьSo smart to only organize/plan out 60% of your day. That should ensure that you complete what you have scheduled which also fuels that sense of accomplishment and inspires the next to day to be just as good!
ОтветитьGreat advice on organizing your list with A, B and C items. I think many of us make lists but that's as far as we take it.
ОтветитьMake a list. Organize your list. 🔥Knowing how to prioritize is so important
ОтветитьSo many great points here. It's all about priotization, the trick is to stick to your priorities and not give in to any distractions. Great tips about building lists. I do this too and then circle my priorities for the day :)
ОтветитьHi Adriana I have watched several videos and I can’t get those specials things at the end ...I click on the link, but nothing ...thanks :0)
